Specify, design, and implement control strategies (PID, state‑space, LQR, MPC, observers/Kalman filters) to meet performance and stability requirements.
Develop and commission PLC/DCS logic and HMI screens; configure I/O, communications, and SCADA integrations.
Create and simulate control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar; convert models to deployable code.
Implement embedded control software in C/C++ or real‑time OS for mechatronic/robotic systems.
Perform system identification, tuning, and validation tests (including frequency/time‑domain analysis).
Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Produce design documentation, control narratives, test plans, FAT/SAT procedures, and as‑built drawings.
