Core responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Respond to and resolve emergency equipment failures and unscheduled downtime.
Install, align, and adjust new or rebuilt equipment and components.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in a CMMS (create, update, close).
Replace worn parts, lubricate moving parts, and perform preventative service tasks.
Test and calibrate equipment and safety systems.
Follow lockout/tagout, confined-space, and other safety procedures.
