Quality Control Inspector

Inspect incoming raw materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
Perform in-process inspections at defined stages to verify conformance to dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
Inspect finished goods using visual, dimensional, functional, and/or destructive tests as required.
Use hand tools and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) and record measurements accurately.
Execute sampling plans and acceptance criteria (e.g., AQL) and document results.
Identify, tag, and report nonconforming parts; raise NCRs/defect reports and follow containment actions.
Work with production and engineering on root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Maintain inspection records, QC logs, and test data in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
