Construction Manager

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Define and allocate resources (labour, equipment, materials)
Establish milestones and performance metrics,  Lead and manage on-site construction teams and contractors
Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure quality standards
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors)  Supervise day-to-day construction site operations
Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Solve problems and make decisions related to construction activities and monitor project expenses and progress against budget
Approve invoices and manage procurement of materials
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
