Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead yoga classes (group or private) tailored to different skill levels, ages, and goals.
Demonstrate poses with correct alignment, provide verbal cues, physical adjustments (when appropriate), and modifications for injuries, limitations, or varying abilities.
Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, and elements of yoga philosophy.
Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and supportive class environment (including setup of mats, lighting, music, etc.).
Assess students’ abilities, monitor form to prevent injury, and offer personalized recommendations or progressions.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance, student communication, and sometimes payments or studio upkeep.
