Welder

Core responsibilities:

Select appropriate welding equipment and materials based on the job (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick/arc, flux-cored)
Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines and torches
Measure, cut, and align metal pieces before welding
Inspect finished welds for strength, quality, and adherence to standards
Perform maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment
Follow safety protocols (protective gear, ventilation, fire prevention).
