Core Responsibilities:
Loading, unloading, and moving building materials, tools, and equipment
Digging trenches, backfilling holes, compacting earth
Setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and traffic control/safety zones
Mixing and pouring concrete, asphalt, or mortar
Operating basic power tools (jackhammers, drills, saws) and light equipment
Reading basic plans/blueprints to know where materials go
Cleaning and clearing debris from work areas
Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as directed.
