Team supervision: Lead, schedule, and assign tasks to electricians, technicians, and apprentices
Installation & maintenance oversight: Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems (wiring, panels, switchgear, motors, transformers, lighting, control systems)
Safety compliance: Enforce electrical safety codes (NEC, IEC, or local equivalents), lockout/tagout procedures, PPE use, and permit-to-work systems
Quality control: Inspect completed work, review drawings/schematics, and ensure work meets specifications and standards
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, equipment failures, or system malfunctions
Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, test certificates, and material requisitions.
