Design electrical systems, circuits, and components using CAD/simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PSpice)
Develop specifications and technical drawings/schematics
Test prototypes and troubleshoot faults in equipment or systems
Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations (IEEE, IEC, NEC, etc.)
Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and software engineers on cross-disciplinary projects
Estimate costs, timelines, and materials for projects
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
