Bake and assemble products (breads, cookies, pies, cupcakes, donuts, pastries)
Follow recipes and production plans to ensure consistent quality and portion sizes
Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, dough dividers, slicers) as trained/authorized
Decorate baked goods (icing, frosting, piping, glazing, filling) if required by the shop
Monitor baking/quality (doneness, appearance, temperature, freshness)
Package and label items for sale or delivery (including dates/lot codes where required)
Restock displays and rotate inventory to maintain freshness.
