Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing preventive maintenance (inspections, lubrication, filter changes, belt tension checks, fluid levels).
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures (motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics/pneumatics, bearings).
Troubleshooting and fixing electrical issues (wiring, circuits, outlets, switches, motor starters, VFDs, basic control panels).
Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures), and building infrastructure.
Responding to work orders and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Reading blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and using diagnostic tools.
