Room Service Attendant

Taking accurate room service orders by phone, app, or from the front desk/kitchen, noting special requests, dietary needs, or timing preferences, and entering them into a POS system.
Preparing trays or trolleys with food, beverages, condiments, utensils, glassware, linens, and presentation items according to hotel standards.
Coordinating with kitchen staff on order readiness and delivering promptly (often within a quoted time window) while transporting items carefully to avoid spills.
Setting up the meal presentation in the guest room (table setup, covers, etc.) and presenting the order courteously.
