Plan daily/weekly work schedules and assign tasks
Monitor progress against project timelines and report delays
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications/drawings
Manage materials, equipment, and inventory on site
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on progress and issues
Maintain site records: daily logs, attendance, incident reports, progress reports
Resolve on-site conflicts or technical problems quickly.
