Main Duties and Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment (starting, adjusting, and watching for issues).
Loading raw materials into machines and feeding production lines.
Assembling products or parts by hand or with power tools (soldering, drilling, welding, attaching components).
Inspecting products for defects, removing faulty items, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for storage or shipment.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation (following 5S, GMP, or similar standards).
Reporting equipment problems, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Meeting production targets and completing basic documentation or data entry.
