Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, cranes, graders, loaders, and forklifts
Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and blueprints to determine work specifications
Dig, move, and grade earth, rock, or other materials
Load and unload materials, trucks, or equipment
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance (checking fluids, tires, hydraulics)
Identify and report mechanical issues or needed repairs
Follow safety protocols, signals, and site regulations.
