Core Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
Select appropriate welding equipment and techniques for the material and job
Set up, operate, and maintain welding machinery (MIG, TIG, Stick/Arc, Flux-Cored, etc.)
Measure, cut, and align metal pieces before welding
Inspect finished welds for strength, quality, and defects
Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work.
