Main Duties and Responsibilities
Talking with clients about symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
Evaluating clients before and during sessions to identify tense, painful, or restricted areas.
Performing massage techniques (e.g sports, trigger point, myofascial release, or specialized modalities).
Using joint mobilization or other methods to increase range of motion.
Providing guidance on stretching, strengthening, posture, relaxation, and self-care.
Documenting client conditions, treatment plans, and progress.
