Laundry Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate laundry attendants or workers across shifts.
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure daily production goals are met (sorting, washing, drying, ironing/folding, and distributing clean items).
Oversee quality control: inspect for stains, damage, or improper cleaning; manage rewash programs; and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage inventory of linens, chemicals, supplies, and equipment; conduct counts (e.g., par levels); track losses/damages; and reorder as needed.
Maintain and troubleshoot commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, folders, etc.); coordinate repairs with maintenance/engineering.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, chemical handling (SDS), and regulatory standards.
