Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, answering questions about ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and making recommendations
Taking accurate food and beverage orders (including special requests or dietary needs) and entering them into a POS system or writing tickets for the kitchen
Serving food and drinks promptly, checking that orders are correct, and ensuring proper presentation/temperature
Checking on tables, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any issues
Processing payments (cash, cards, splits), handling tips, and presenting checks
Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables; restocking condiments, silverware, and side stations
Performing opening/closing side work (cleaning, stocking, vacuuming, etc.)
