Job Details:
Oversees and coordinates construction projects from planning through completion. They manage contractors, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure the project is delivered on time and within scope.
Work with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and execution strategies.
Coordinate crews, manage interfaces, and ensure work complies with specifications.
Provide updates, manage expectations, and document meetings/progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Strong people management and jobsite coordination.
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks concurrently.
Reading blueprints, understanding construction methods, specs, and building systems.
Clear, professional communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
