Daily cleaning and servicing: Clean and sanitize cabins and bathrooms (often twice daily — morning service and evening turndown). Make/change beds, vacuum, dust, empty trash, wipe surfaces, and clean balconies where applicable.
Linen and amenities: Replace towels, linens, bathrobes; replenish toiletries, stationery, ice, drinking glasses, and other amenities.
Guest service on embarkation: Meet/escort guests to cabins, assist with luggage, introduce cabin features (TV, safe, minibar, room service, laundry), and explain available services and duty hours.
Laundry and minibar: Collect and return guest personal laundry/dry cleaning (with billing); restock minibars and submit charges.
