Kitchen Helper

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Food preparation support: Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients; measuring or mixing basic items as directed.
Cleaning and sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment (by hand or dishwasher); sanitizing work surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment; sweeping and mopping.
Stocking and inventory: Unloading deliveries, storing food supplies properly (following FIFO and food safety rules), restocking ingredients and supplies, and monitoring basic inventory levels.
Waste and organization: Emptying trash, replacing bags, cleaning bins, packing takeout orders, and keeping the kitchen organized.
