Bartender

Core Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving drinks — mixing cocktails, pouring beer/wine, following recipes, and maintaining consistent quality
Taking orders — from customers at the bar or through servers for table service
Checking IDs — verifying legal drinking age and refusing service when appropriate
Handling payments — processing cash/card transactions, operating the POS system, managing tabs
Maintaining the bar area — keeping it clean, stocked, and organized; washing glassware
Inventory management — tracking stock levels, reporting shortages, sometimes placing orders with suppliers.
