Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supervising, scheduling, and coordinating the work of electricians, apprentices, and technicians.
Planning and organizing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
Reviewing blueprints, schematics, specifications, and technical drawings to determine requirements and ensure proper installation.
Inspecting completed work for quality and safety standards.
Troubleshooting complex electrical issues, system failures, and equipment malfunctions; providing technical guidance.
Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings/training, and ensuring a safe work environment.
