Production Worker

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Operating, monitoring, and making basic adjustments to production machinery and equipment.
Assembling products or components by hand or with power tools (e.g., soldering, drilling, welding).
Feeding raw materials into machines and ensuring a steady supply of components.
Inspecting products for defects, removing faulty items, and performing basic quality checks to meet standards and safety requirements.
Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for storage or shipment.
Loading/unloading materials, transporting goods (sometimes with forklifts or other equipment), and organizing inventory.
