Production Operator

Setting up and operating machinery/equipment according to work orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), setup sheets, and production schedules. This can involve starting/stopping machines, adjusting parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure), and performing changeovers between products.
Monitoring processes by watching gauges, indicators, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), or control systems to keep operations within specified limits and detect issues early.
Performing quality checks — visual inspections, dimensional measurements, weight/fill verification, and other in-process testing — to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting — cleaning, lubricating, making minor adjustments, identifying faults, and reporting major problems to supervisors or maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
