Oversee Drilling Operations
Operate and manage drilling equipment to bore wells for oil, gas, or other subsurface resources
Supervise the drilling crew on site
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all drilling operations comply with occupational and site safety regulations
Conduct safety checks and risk assessments before and during drilling
Monitor Drilling Parameters
Track pressure, depth, drilling fluids, and other key parameters
Adjust drilling conditions based on findings and challenges
Equipment Maintenance
Inspect and maintain drilling rigs and associated equipment
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery quickly.
