Ensure participant safety by monitoring posture, form, and intensity
Create or follow class lesson plans, themes, and class sequences
Provide a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive class environment
Offer basic wellness education (e.g., flexibility, relaxation, stress management) within scope
Maintain professional communication with students.
