Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
Developing, implementing, and improving operational policies, procedures, and systems.
Managing budgets, allocating resources (labor, materials, equipment), and controlling costs/variances.
Leading and supervising teams (supervisors, staff); handling hiring, training, performance management, and motivation.
Monitoring KPIs, analysing data/trends, and driving process improvements.
Coordinating cross-functionally with departments such as supply chain, quality, maintenance, engineering, sales, HR, and finance.
