Room Service Attendant

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Take room service orders by phone, confirm details accurately (including modifications, dietary needs, and delivery timing), and enter them into the POS system.
Prepare trays or trolleys with food, beverages, condiments, utensils, glassware, linens, and presentation items according to standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams to ensure timely, properly plated, and temperature-controlled orders.
Deliver orders to guest rooms on time, set up the dining area.
