Yoga Instructor

Primary Responsibilities

Demonstrate poses with correct alignment and terminology; provide verbal cues, hands-on or visual adjustments, and modifications for injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or other conditions.
Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, and elements of yoga philosophy.
Assess students’ abilities and progress; offer personalized recommendations or private sessions.
Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere (using music, lighting, pacing, and encouragement).
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration, attendance, payments, and arranging substitutes.
