Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand requirements, budget, and timelines
Create architectural concepts, sketches, and detailed design documents
Develop plans, layouts, elevations, and 3D models (often using CAD/BIM)
Prepare and review drawings/specifications for construction
Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP), planners, and contractors
