Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, plywood, framing lumber, etc.) using hand tools and power tools
Install components such as doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, flooring, and drywall framing
Assemble and fit structures accurately (level, plumb, square)
Repair and replace damaged parts of buildings
Install trim, molding, and finishing carpentry
Follow safety procedures and use PPE (personal protective equipment)
