Responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard, ensuring rooms are stocked with required amenities and are ready for guest occupancy, clean and reset assigned guest rooms (bedmaking, dusting, vacuuming, mopping as needed) also replace linens and towels; check for stains, tears, or missing items and ensure rooms are inspection-ready (straightened items, correct placement of amenities). Report maintenance issues.
Requirements such as no formal degree is required, ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items during shifts, teamwork and communication with supervisors and other housekeeping staff and discretion and professionalism around guests.
