Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating the daily work of electricians and technicians (assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and motivating the team).
Planning and scheduling electrical projects, installations, maintenance, and repairs to meet deadlines and budgets.
Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E), electrical codes (NEC or equivalent), and company/quality standards.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
Conducting inspections, quality control checks, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshooting electrical faults, system failures, and equipment issues; providing technical solutions.
