Production Assistant

Preparing, printing, and distributing daily call sheets, scripts, sides, schedules, and production paperwork.
Relaying instructions and messages between the director, producers, cast, and crew (often via walkie-talkie).
Running errands: picking up supplies, equipment, props, meals, or delivering materials.
Assisting with set preparation, equipment setup/breakdown, loading/unloading gear, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Escorting actors/extras to makeup, wardrobe, or set locations; managing background performers and crowd control (“locking down” the set).
