Job description
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Take customer orders accurately, whether in person, at the counter, or through mobile/online ordering.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment and Handle cash and card transactions, operate the POS system, and balance the register.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas also greet and engage customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Requirements include ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, reliability and punctuality, positive, friendly attitude, no formal education is needed.
