Room Service Attendant

Core responsibilities:

Prepare and stage orders for delivery, ensuring correct items, condiments, utensils, and presentation.
Deliver orders to guest rooms quickly and professionally; set up trays or tables in room per hotel standards.
Explain menu items and answer guest questions; suggest upsells as appropriate.
Clear trays/dirty dishes and reset room service equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols at all times.
Record orders and payments accurately in the POS; process payments or charge to room folio per hotel policy.
Communicate special requests, complaints, or maintenance/housekeeping needs to supervisors.
