Yoga Instructor

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver yoga classes (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Chair Yoga)
Teach correct posture/alignment, breathing, and relaxation techniques
Provide modifications and safety guidance for different levels (beginner to advanced)
Demonstrate poses and use clear instruction and cues
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment
Manage class materials (mats, props like blocks/straps/bolsters)
Track attendance (if required) and communicate with students/clients
Maintain cleanliness and set up/break down the studio space.
