Core Responsibilities:
Operating machinery: Running, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment or assembly line machines
Assembly: Putting together parts or components according to specifications
Quality control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards
Packaging: Preparing finished goods for shipping or storage
Material handling: Loading/unloading raw materials, moving inventory (sometimes with forklifts or pallet jacks)
Maintenance: Basic cleaning and upkeep of workstations and equipment
Record keeping: Logging production counts, defects, or downtime.
