Core Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and fit metal pieces before welding
Set up and operate welding machines, torches, and related tools
Monitor welds for consistency, strength, and quality
Inspect finished welds and structures for defects (cracks, gaps, warping)
Perform grinding, filing, and finishing work on welded joints
Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment
Follow safety protocols.
