Core Duties & Responsibilities includes, Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings, oversee new electrical systems from installation through testing to ensure they operate at peak performance, diagnose and repair faults in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems also create and monitor logs / reports for all repairs and maintenance performed and adhere to strict safety protocols.
Requirements such as, High school Diploma or equivalent, reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, knowledge of power distribution, 3-phase systems, generators, substations and ability to differentiate wire colours, excellent hearing to discriminate sounds.
