Main Duties and Responsibilities
Food preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning fruits, vegetables, meats, and other ingredients; preparing simple items like sauces, dressings, doughs, or basic dishes under supervision.
Cleaning and hygiene: Sanitizing work surfaces, floors, walls, equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and dishes; operating dishwashers; emptying rubbish and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness to meet food safety standards.
