Job Descriptions
Designs, develops, implements, tests, and maintains automated control systems that regulate machinery, processes, and equipment for reliable, efficient, and safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing control system architectures and strategies (including PID, advanced process control, and model-based approaches).
Programming and configuring PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), HMIs, and embedded controllers (ladder logic, structured text, function blocks, etc.).
Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems (including root-cause analysis and safety interlocks).
Collaborating with mechanical, electrical, process, and software teams; documenting designs, manuals, and test plans; training operators/technicians.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Strong foundation in control theory, systems modelling, signal processing, and feedback control.
Ability to read/create electrical schematics, P&IDs, and perform safety risk assessments.
Analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, clear technical communication, teamwork, and project management.
