Painter

Prepare surfaces before painting: cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling holes/cracks, removing old paint, and applying primer
Select appropriate paints, coatings, and finishes based on surface type and environment
Mix and match paint colors to specifications
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking
Set up and work safely on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts for elevated work
Estimate the amount of paint/materials needed and time required for jobs.
