Job Description
Responsible for operating heavy or light industrial machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all products meet quality standards and production targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up machines for operation according to production specifications and work orders.
Feed raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
Adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) to optimize performance.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Complete quality check sheets and production logs accurately.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
Identify mechanical issues and perform minor repairs or escalate to maintenance team.
Qualifications includes, good understanding of machine setup, tooling, and production procedures, ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals, good communication and teamwork.
