Core Responsibilities:
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains mechanical, electrical, and facility systems to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Also work on both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Perform routine inspections on equipment, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, follow preventive maintenance schedules and checklists, lubricate, clean, calibrate, and adjust machinery and parts and repair mechanical failures – motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors and keep maintenance logs, job cards, and spare parts inventory.
Skills & Competencies Required: strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals, use of hand tools, power tools, welding machine, multimeter and good communication and time management.
