Operations Management – Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security departments to ensure smooth daily functioning
Guest Experience – Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards to drive satisfaction and repeat business
Staff Management – Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees across departments; conduct performance reviews
Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, control costs, set room rates, monitor revenue, and analyze occupancy/profitability metrics
Sales & Marketing – Develop strategies to attract guests, manage relationships with travel agencies/corporate clients, oversee promotions.
