Develop PLC/SCADA/DCS or embedded control logic (depending on industry).
Model and simulate system behaviour (plant modelling, stability, tuning, performance).
Tune and validate controllers to meet requirements (overshoot, settling time, steady-state error).
Write and test software/firmware for controllers and data acquisition.
Integrate sensors/actuators (encoders, pressure/flow/temp sensors, valves, drives).
Create system documentation (design specs, control narratives, test plans, reports).
Commission and troubleshoot systems in labs, test benches, or on-site.
