Key Responsibilities
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on pumps (centrifugal, diaphragm, submersible, gear, reciprocating, etc.) to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using tools such as multimeters, vibration analyzers, pressure sensors, and flow meters.
Repairing or replacing components like seals, bearings, impellers, motors, shafts, couplings, and valves.
Installing, assembling, aligning, and commissioning new pump systems according to manufacturer specifications.
Testing pumps for performance (pressure, flow, leakage) and documenting results.
